All machines will be surely shipped in lead time: Small machines 5~7 working days after payment, Large machines 10~15 working days after payment. Customized machines and large quantities will be executed according to the contract.

A2: Yes, We will send an engineer to the customer factory to install the machine or training the customer & #39;s workers. in one week, totally free. After one week, 150$ per day.

Q3: How Many spare parts you will prepare for the customer?

A3: Spare parts included: mold clamp, long and short nozzle, heating band, Wrench, Switch, Thermocouple, Operation manual, Toolbox, Lubricate Oil, Sealing,Filter, etc.
